Terms of Service

1. The service

Garage Zero generates AI visualizations of vehicle modifications from photos you upload and produces cost estimates for those modifications. Visualizations are illustrative and estimates are informational — they are not quotes, appraisals, or professional advice. Actual prices, fitment, and legality vary; verify with qualified professionals before purchasing or installing anything.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase. By using Garage Zero you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account & content

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You retain ownership of photos you upload and grant us a license to process and store them to provide the service. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Generated images may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes; paid plans may use them commercially.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to modify images of people or license plates, to misrepresent a vehicle's actual condition (e.g. in a sale listing), to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.

5. Credits & billing

One credit is consumed per AI render. Credit packs are one-time purchases and no subscription is required to use Garage Zero. The optional Garage Pass membership renews automatically until cancelled via the billing portal and includes a monthly credit allowance plus account features. Credits do not expire while your account is open, and any unused allowance carries over. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are forfeited if you delete your account.

6. Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel the Garage Pass anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not prorated. Credits you have already received stay in your account after cancelling. Payments are non-refundable, including partial membership periods and credit packs, except where a refund is required by law. Credits already spent on renders cannot be refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination & changes

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms and will note the effective date above.
